Another Week Gone BY!!!

Started by taking a jet to Minneapolis MN. Uneventful trip there thank goodness. Once I got checked in I took the shuttle to the Mall of America. The largest mall in the US and second largest in the world if I have my facts straight.



I spent a few hours there and man oh man is that place huge. Finally got tired of walking and went and had dinner then back to the hotel and went to bed.

The week went by very quickly but we did have time to at least stop and get a picture of the Spam museum. Yep about 20 miles east off of I-35 in Austin MN. You can find the museum right on Spam Blvd. If you look in the pic you can see the road sign.



Right across the street was a restaurant called Johnny's Spamarama. I wish we would of had time to of had a bite to eat there.



Overall a very successful trip. The temps were cold and it snowed but the sunsets were very beautiful.

New Song, Next Trip

Well a busy week in the office. Lots of work after a week on the road and some work that needed to be done on the graphics side. Next up is a trip to Minnesota back down into Nebraska with my friend BBQ Bob. Should be a good one. Leaving on Sunday so I may venture over to the mall of America Sunday late afternoon? Til then lets enjoy some music... OHH HVAC thought Mr. Krinkle was a little over(I said it was a nightmare LOL)the top so this should be more his speed!!!!!!

Trip Pics

This week I have been up and down the SC and NC coast. Weather was fairly cold and a little rainy. I ate as much fresh seafood as I could. I was able to get a few pics. The ocean and one of a sign of a beer I first had in Charleston. Haven't seen it since then. Cooking tomorrow at "The Happy Butcher" in Lexington SC. Maybe the rain will hold off but I wouldn't bet on it. I'll get another pic or two but these are the ones I have...

Nightmares

OK tomorrow I will get some pics!!!! In the mean time if this doesn't make you have a nightmare....Well you never will!!!! I could go into lots of detail explainig my unusual tastes but I did warn you before. I do enjoy some of the things in this clip. HAVE FUN!!!

Well The Road Trips Are Scheduled!!!

Finally I will be posting some trip pics. I know, I know my start was premature but I wanted everything to be in place when the S@%T hit the fan. I have trips scheduled through the end of April so here we go. Next post will be a pic from the southern east coast I promise. Until then enjoy some music. I know it's a little on the dark side but hey I like it so... Hey no complaining I told you I had strange musical taste!!!

I made a little time to put together a tri-tip slide show. When the kids were here every night to eat plus their friends this was a quick and easy thing to fix with some veggies or just a sammich or wrap. Now that it is just me and Wifey plus BOY the carbetarian a steak just makes more sense. I will cook plenty more of these Lord willing but the days of one a week are over. I found a few pics that really have nothing to do with tri-tip but they seemed to kinda fit with a little caption. I hope you enjoy the show!!!
